Hello, I'm Bill White, and I want to welcome you to the "Real Florida," --the Panhandle. Having lived in Bay county for 50+ years, I am very familiar with properties, and find one of the intriguing aspects of our area lies in its diverse land forms. Farm land, timber land and coast land make up our beautiful Gulf Coast. I will represent either Buyers or Sellers, and deal in Residential, Vacant Land, and also Commercial properties.

Client Satisfaction, loyalty to clients, and ethical business practices are my primary goals. My 30+ years working in customer service provide experience in interpersonal relations. After working 10 years in the real estate field, I know the importance of keeping abreast of current market trends, as well as the importance of educating my clients regarding these trends. I also believe that my responsibility does not end with closing. I have a proven record of making clients aware of options, attending to details, and following through after transactions.

• I am an active member of three realtor associations, the National, Florida and Bay County Associations of Realtors.
• I have worked in the real estate profession for the past 10 years. I began working in the field following my retirement as Medical Technologist and owner of Medical Arts Laboratory.
• I began working with Prudential Shimmering Sands Realty in January 2002.
• I currently sit as a committee member on the Bay County Realtors' Board of Professional Standards.

Personal/Comments

Community is important to me. I am an active member of a local church. I am also a member of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce. My knowledge of the area coupled with years of experience working in the local housing market can help make your move to our community a pleasant one.
